Avalon – Pasted hexagonal bottom
The AVALON line bags were specially developed to provide maximum protection and safety to the products contained in them. These bags have a pasted hexagonal bottom and an open mouth with a stepped cut and pre-applied hot melt for closure without the need for sewing. In addition, they have 5 to 7 layer co-extruded plastics to provide a high barrier to moisture and oxygen. AVALON bags are indicated for granulated or powdered dry products, greasy or not, which use manual or automatic gravitational filling systems.
Automatic filling: Avalon bags were designed to operate with automatic filling machines and lines from the best manufacturers in the world.
Maximum barrier to gases and humidity: We use engineering plastics to obtain greater protection and shelf-life of the packaged product.
Easy-open: The bags have a longitudinal easy-open ribbon for quick removal of the contents.
