The Pinch Bottom Open Mouth ("PBOM") multi-ply paper bag with open mouth and glued bottom is designed to package a wide variety of industrial products.

Due to the pleat at the bottom of the bag, this model offers better protection against leaks. In the mouth of the bag, in addition to the straight cut, there is the option of a stepped cut with pre-applied hot-melt, for closure without the need for sewing. In both cases, the Pinch Bottom model can be used either manually or on fully automated lines.
The main segments that use Pinch Bottom bags are:
– Food: citric acid, sugar, herbs and spices, essences and food ingredients in general.
– Feed: horse, chicken, supplements and feed ingredients.
– Industrial: pitch, resins and granulated or powdered chemical products.
